We read the plans page, the payments page and the theme store on Salla’s own site, on .
Salla starts where the rest of this page stops: the merchant dashboard is in Arabic, the theme store is in Arabic, the help pages are in Arabic, and the local payment methods are named one by one. No translation and no workaround.
The flaw is that it does not publish what smaller platforms do: no renewal price, no commission rate readable from the page, and no support hours or channels. And anyone needing tax invoicing finds it a tier above the entry plan.
How this review was built
We did not open a merchant account on Salla and paid nothing. Speed and uptime are out of the score for that reason. The score rests on four criteria readable on the company’s own pages: price and billing, Arabic and right-to-left support, published features, and support availability.
We read the plans page, the payments page and the theme store. The payments page carries its fee percentages in code injected after loading, so our tools never reached them, and that is written in the chapter on what we did not measure rather than filled in with an estimate.

The dashboard is in Arabic, the help pages are in Arabic, and the themes are built for the same market: Salla’s theme store states of one of its themes that it supports Arabic fully, is built for the Saudi market and is entirely prepared in Arabic Right-to-left is not a feature you request here; it is the default.
The irony is that Salla publishes no list of its dashboard languages. The one company that answers this page’s question completely is the only one that never wrote the answer on a page you can cite.
