Hostinger Website Builder review
We read the builder page and the support articles on language, and bought nothing. Every figure here comes from a page you can open.

We read the website-builder page and the two support articles on dashboard language and support language on Hostinger’s own site, on .
Hostinger writes down what others do not: The plan card prints the term, the amount due today and the renewal price in one place, which few pages in this comparison manage That lifts its trust score, because a buyer sees the invoice before clicking rather than after.
The flaw is that Arabic reaches the dashboard and not the person: human support is in English alone by the company’s own page, and everything else is machine translation. The website builder itself has no published language list.
How this review was built
We bought no plan. Speed and uptime are out of the score for that reason. The score rests on four criteria readable on the company’s own pages: price and billing, Arabic and right-to-left support, published features, and support availability.
We read past the product page: the article on changing the dashboard language, and the one on getting support in your language. The whole Arabic chapter comes from those two, and it is the chapter that matters to a reader of this page.
There is no buyer-reports chapter here. We opened no reports this round.
Buying and price
9.0
Basis: the company’s own pages · weight 25%
The advertised price is {entry} a month, and the renewal at {renew} a month is printed on the card itself.
The term shown by default on the page is the long one, and the monthly price is the total divided by it, in the page’s own words. So the amount leaving today is far more than the monthly figure, and that is the correct way to read the card.
The domain is free for the first year on yearly plans; its second-year price is not published. The {refund} guarantee is printed above the plan row.
| Value | Points |
|---|---|
| $2.99/mo billed yearly | 10.00 |
| A narrow premium for paying monthly | 10.00 |
| No commission on sales | 10.00 |
| A trial only, no free tier | 5.00 |
Arabic and right-to-left
3.5
Basis: the company’s own pages · weight 20%
Here the two answers part company, and both have to be read together.
The first is good: Hostinger publishes a list of 22 dashboard languages, with Arabic first in that list Few on this page publish a language list at all, and fewer still have Arabic in it.
The second is harder: Hostinger states its Customer Success team provides direct support in English, and that anyone writing in another language has their request run through automated translation tools The same page adds that its AI assistant understands and replies in nearly any language, naming Arabic. So the robot speaks Arabic and the employee does not.
We found no language list for the website builder itself, which is a different thing from the dashboard. And we found no published sentence about right-to-left support, having searched their knowledge base. That is written here rather than assumed.

Published features
6.4
Basis: the company’s own pages · weight 35%
What you get: {feats} of the items we count, with selling tools named on the page, search tools, and an AI builder.
Support on the entry plan comes from a chatbot in the card’s own words, while priority human support is named on the two tiers above it. Anyone buying the entry plan is buying an assistant rather than a person.
There is no free tier, only a time-limited trial, and publishing needs a paid plan by the page’s own questions.

Support availability
8.0
Basis: the company’s own pages · weight 20%
Support is published as round the clock and the channel named is chat, which lifts its availability score.
Its trust score rises too because the renewal price is written down, which the rest of this page does not do.
What lowers it is that the human reply comes in one language, and that no storage figure is published on the builder page — it quantifies websites, mailboxes and AI credits instead.
| Value | Points |
|---|---|
| support around the clock | 10.00 |
| Contact by chat only | 3.33 |
| A refund window of 30 days | 10.00 |
| The renewal price is on the page | 10.00 |
Speed and uptime: we did not measure them
We did not measure the speed or uptime of a site built here, and bought no plan.
We found neither the editor’s language list nor a sentence about writing direction, having searched the knowledge base. We opened no buyer reports. What we did not check is written here.

If not this one, then what
Both picks are computed from the scores rather than written by hand: the first is the one directly above it in the ranking, the second the one that beats it by the widest margin on the criterion it loses on.
Salla
7.2The service directly above it in the ranking.
82.50 SAR/mo billed yearly, or 99.00 SAR/mo month to month, and no renewal price published

Bottom line
For anyone who wants to read every figure before clicking, and accepts a long term for a low price, this is among the clearest pages here.
For anyone wanting a human reply in Arabic, the answer is on the company’s own page: the reply comes in English and then machine translation. The AI assistant speaks Arabic, which is a different thing.
Questions
Is Hostinger’s dashboard in Arabic?
Yes, and the company publishes a dashboard language list with Arabic first in it. The website builder itself has no published language list.
Does support answer in Arabic?
Its AI assistant replies in Arabic by its own page. The Customer Success team provides support in English and uses machine translation for other languages.
What do I pay today?
The card prints the full amount beside the monthly price, and the term shown by default is long, so the amount is far more than the monthly figure.
